Kuhi Nō Ka Lima is an IMLS-funded project dedicated to documenting and sharing knowledge about hula collections and the people who care for them. Through research, community engagement, and collaboration with hula practitioners, librarians, archivists, museum professionals, cultural heritage workers, students, and researchers, the project explores how hula knowledge is preserved, accessed, and stewarded across the United States. This website provides a place to share project updates, resources, findings, and opportunities for participation as the work unfolds.
